There are so many ways to open your heart in gratitude, to truly be present. Gratitude makes sense of your past, brings peace to today, and creates a vision for tomorrow. When you are in gratitude you can’t be anywhere but in this moment – filled with beauty and appreciation for what IS.

Saatn Make gratitude the window through which you see life. Lift the blinds of old negative patterns and beliefs. Slow down enough to notice where you are. Breathe in the awareness of being alive, and of everything around you. You are part of this life, feel yourself in it.

When you have an attitude of gratitude you change your relationship with yourself.

All inner conflict, judging, and fear dissolve into compassion and forgiveness.

What you touch inside is LOVE, where you have access to all that is creative, peaceful and whole. You can see the connection in everything, and understand the perfection in synchronicity (when life mirrors and crosses over itself, and everything feels like a 3d mink eyelashes.)

Gratitude is an expression of love, a GREAT-FULLNESS. When you are in this expansive energy, there is a peacefulness inside you that sees the inherent beauty in all things. Instead of being filled with just yourself, you are wide open and filled with wonder and awe, aware of the richness in life, the abundance. Consider the following thoughts.

You are not suffering with wanting.

You can appreciate the fact that you don’t have things you didn’t want, (e.g., illness, financial misfortune).

Getting what you need is enough.

You understand the lessons of struggling, and that suffering is part of being alive.

Trust that you are here for some purpose, and that you are a truly amazing, rare, totally unique individual, with talents and gifts you can bring to the world.

Laugh often, change your brain, be free and open to life by being grateful for everything: your eyelashes, hearing someone’s snore, the feel of the wind on your face, the bumps and hiccups in life. Embrace and celebrate it all!

In the Jewish faith there is a saying “Hakarat Hatov,” which translates literally to “recognizing the good.” It means that the greatest gift is to recognize the gift and learn to simply say “thank you.”
